Refund Policy

7-day free trial

All Pro plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel anytime within the trial — no charge, no refund needed.

Monthly plan refunds

Monthly subscriptions (₹199/mo) are non-refundable after the trial period ends. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

Yearly plan refunds

Yearly subscriptions (₹999/yr) are eligible for a pro-rata refund within the first 30 days, minus any usage above the Free plan limits. After 30 days, no refund. Contact billing@fieldpulsecrm.tech with your phone number to request.

How to cancel

Open the app → Profile → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Or contact billing support.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
