FieldPulse is a sales and lead management platform that helps teams track calls, manage leads, schedule follow-ups, send WhatsApp templates, and view productivity analytics.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Account and identity data

• Phone number used for login and account verification.
• User profile data such as name, business name, and business type.

2.2 CRM and lead data

• Lead details such as name, phone number, notes, status, and follow-up details.
• Call activity and performance statistics linked to your account.

2.3 Uploaded media and files

• Documents, images, and videos you choose to upload for WhatsApp templates or lead workflows.

2.4 Device and technical data

• Notification token (for push notifications).
• Basic app diagnostics and technical logs needed for reliability and debugging.

3. How We Use Data

• To create and manage your account and authenticate sign-ins.
• To provide CRM features, including lead storage, call tracking, and analytics.
• To send push notifications (if enabled by you).
• To support uploads and sharing workflows initiated by you.
• To identify saved leads on incoming calls via the optional Caller ID feature, processed on your device only (see Section 4).
• To improve app performance, security, and reliability.

4. App Permissions

Depending on your device and app version, FieldPulse may request the following permissions:

• Photos/Media/Files: to let you pick and upload files, images, and videos.
• Camera: for image capture features, if enabled in your app version.
• Notifications: to deliver reminders and activity alerts.
• Phone (call state) and Call Log (Android only): used solely by the optional Caller ID feature to read the phone number of an incoming call so the app can show a popup identifying the matching saved lead. These permissions are requested only after you turn the feature on and accept an in-app disclosure.
• Display over other apps (Android only): used solely to show the Caller ID popup on top of the call screen.

4.1 Caller ID and Call Log data

If you enable Caller ID, the incoming phone number is matched against your saved leads entirely on your device. FieldPulse does not store, upload, sell, share, or transfer your call log or call history to our servers or to any third party. Caller ID is off by default, requires your explicit consent, and can be turned off anytime in the app under Settings → Caller ID (or by revoking the permission in your phone settings).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share data only in these situations:

• With service providers that help us operate core app features (for example hosting, authentication, storage, and notifications).
• When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• To protect our rights, users, and platform security.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encrypted network transport where applicable.

7. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

If you request account deletion, we process your request in accordance with applicable laws and operational requirements.

8. Your Rights

You may have rights to:

• Access, update, or correct your account data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Control app permissions from your device settings.
